Deb Olinger, CCIM is a seasoned commercial real estate professional; since October 2021 she has been a commercial property appraiser for the Department of Revenue, Property Assessment Division, Gallatin County for the State of Montana.
Deb has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Real Estate. She obtained the CCIM designation in October 2007. Her background is in commercial/industrial appraisals, brokerage, and leasing. Deb was instrumental in helping Indiana University in becoming a University Partner with CCIM. Deb is a strong believer in the importance of knowledge, ethics, and mentorship in the commercial real estate industry.
In her spare time, Deb enjoys spending time with her family, sons Harrison and Reid, daughter-in-law, Erin, grand dog, Bozey, and wonderful friends! She loves to cook and entertain, listen to great music, and enjoy fun adventures in beautiful Montana.

Breena Buettner is a full-time Broker/Owner with Keller Williams, based in Helena, Montana. She is a member of KW Commercial, a CCIM Candidate Member, and the Montana CCIM chapter secretary. Breena is a market specialist working with all commercial client types—including first-time buyers, tenants, landlords, commercial investors, sellers, and everything in between. She has closed over 100 real estate transactions and was ranked the #1 Real Estate Agent of 2023 by the Montana Regional MLS based on total transactions closed in all of Helena, MT. She is a Supervising Broker of her commercial and residential real estate team, Waypoint Realty Group at KW who was #1 KW Commercial Group in 2022 and #2 in 2023 throughout the entire North Central Region including MT, WY, ND, SD, MN & WI.
Breena’s tenacious drive, care for her clients, and attention to every small detail are the keys to her success. Her natural ability to multitask and communicate effectively with all parties of a transaction are a few of the reasons why she has so many happy clients and a resourceful support team at her back. Alice Santos, CCIM

Alice Santos is a commercial Broker with the Santos Realty Group in Helena, Montana. Alice was previously an owner and investor of Keller Williams Realty in Helena, Montana and opened offices for Keller Williams Realty in Montana located in Helena, Great Falls, and Butte.
She has been a licensed agent in the State of Montana since 2006. One of her specialties is investment grade properties. She has personally been an active investor in real estate since 1998 and currently owns more than 50 commercial and residential rental units.
Alice has extensive experience with all facets of commercial transactions, including working with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors. She has helped clients with creative financing sales and 1031 tax deferred exchanges.
Alice Santos earned the commercial CCIM designation in April 2018 and has the residential GRI designation. She earned her Master's degree in environmental science at the University of Montana. She worked in the environmental field as a hazardous waste specialist for more than 20 years. Alice has sat on several boards including the Helena Association of Realtors, Helena Multiple Listing Service (MLS), past President Helena Realtor Board, advisory board of a large regional bank and the State Trails Advisory Committee. Alice currently sits on the Helena Business Improvement District board. Alice is an avid mountain biker, cross country skier, and tennis player.

Shaylee is a passionate and experienced real estate professional from Billings, MT. Raised enjoying Montana’s outdoor activities—such as kayaking, rafting, snowboarding, and camping— she now brings that same energy to her work and family life, raising five children. She is a firecracker and able to come up with creative solutions to your real estate needs.
Shaylee holds an A.A. in Christian Studies and a minor in Humanities from Yellowstone Christian College, along with studies in Elementary Education at MSU Billings. She has a strong commitment to volunteerism, including work with single mothers, the elderly, and military groups.
Shaylee has successfully completed over 195 transactions, with expertise in investment properties. She manages an average of 16-20 listings each month. As a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM)—a designation equivalent to a master’s in commercial real estate—Shaylee excels at maximizing ROI and minimizing risk for her clients. She is also the 2024 CCIM Montana Chapter president.
